01
The reality

An industry under pressure for years.

Margins have been eroding for years. Clients negotiate fees down, junior staff cost more than they used to, and productivity per head isn't moving. Result: more output with the same resources, visible in overloaded schedules, all-nighters before deliveries, and seniors redoing what juniors should have produced.

For the past 18 months, AI has been showing up in RFPs. Clients ask how you use it. The more informed ones question your rates if certain tasks can be automated. The real challenge: answering those questions without underselling your value or promising something you don't fully control yet.

Some agencies started structuring AI into their processes 12 to 18 months ago. They produce faster on repetitive tasks, test more creative variants, reduce back-and-forth. The gap with everyone else shows in margins, pitch capacity, and which clients you can serve or not.

02
What we automate

Four concrete use cases for marcom agencies.

The ones that come up in agencies of 20–500 people, regardless of specialization.

01

From concept to 50 variants

Generate social media adaptations, adapt a concept across 5 markets, or test 8 A/B angles without doubling creative time. AI produces the volume; your team keeps editorial decision-making. Estimated gain: 60 to 75% of time saved on the adaptation phase, without adding headcount.

02

Client reports without late nights

Aggregate Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn data, generate strategic commentary, prepare the client presentation. In under an hour where it used to take half a day. Estimated gain: 3 to 5 hours per report recovered on active accounts, directly reinvestable as billable time.

03

Less time on structure, more on insight

Competitive research, sector synthesis, structuring a strategic recommendation: the prep tasks that precede real creative work can be largely assisted without losing analytical quality. A 20-page brief produced in 3 hours instead of a full day. Your team's value stays in the insight, not the formatting.

04

Pitch more, turn down less

Storyboards, textual moodboards, concept scripts, first creative proposals: producing a competitive pitch dossier in 2 days instead of 5 lets you respond to briefs you'd have turned down for lack of bandwidth. Estimated gain: capacity to respond to 30 to 40% more briefs without increasing headcount.

03
Methodology

Three weeks for an operational diagnostic.

An audit grounded in your real workflows, without seminars or slides on the future of AI. At the end: an action plan your teams can execute.

Week 01

Immersion

We start by understanding your agency as it actually functions, beyond what the org charts describe. Interviews with key profiles: Managing Director, Head of Ops, Creative Director, project managers, account managers. We map your current workflows, your tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion, Monday, Slack, HubSpot, Meta Ads…), and your mission types by volume and margin.

Week 02

Analysis

We identify high-volume repetitive tasks, creative bottlenecks, unexploited data flows (reporting, monitoring, benchmarking). We assess the technical feasibility of each AI use case in your context: existing tools, GDPR constraints, client data sensitivity levels. We quantify the potential gain in hours and margin per role.

Week 03

Delivery

Oral presentation to the management team, followed by the written deliverable: full audit report and 90-day prioritized action plan. Each recommendation is tied to an estimated gain, an implementation difficulty, and a suggested owner. The plan is a sequenced roadmap, immediately actionable.

04
Investment

A fixed price, a no-risk mechanic.

€5,000
full audit · 3 weeks
  • Kickoff workshop with management (1h30, objective and scope framing)
  • Individual interviews with 5 to 7 key team members (MD, Ops, CD, project managers, account managers)
  • Audit of your creative stack and existing tools (compatibility, redundancies, blind spots)
  • Workflow mapping mission by mission (from brief receipt to client delivery)
  • Full audit report with potential gain analysis by role and mission type
  • Oral restitution session + 90-day prioritized, actionable action plan
The deduction mechanic.

If you entrust us with the implementation following the audit, the €5,000 is fully deducted from the engagement fee. The audit costs you nothing if we work together.

07
Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most often.

The audit covers your processes and workflows, not the personal data of your end clients. We sign a confidentiality agreement before any engagement. Documents you share (briefs, reports, internal presentations) remain within the contractual framework and never pass through third-party AI tools without your explicit consent. We operate via enterprise APIs of the models used: no data is used to train models. GDPR compliant.
The question of rights over AI outputs is real and still partially unresolved in French and European law. That's precisely why the audit covers governance: which AI uses are authorized on which types of deliverables, how to document them vis-à-vis clients, which clauses to integrate into your T&Cs. You leave with an operational framework to work transparently and confidently with your clients, without exposing yourself.
This is the most legitimate objection in the market, and the most poorly handled by those selling AI. AI produces volume and variants. It doesn't produce a point of view. Our job is to identify precisely where in your workflows AI can handle raw production (adaptations, formatting, research) and where your team's creative value must remain intact. The action plan draws that line explicitly, use case by use case.
Resistance is almost always a response to poor communication ("AI will replace you"), not to the tool itself. The audit includes a mapping by job profile: art director, copywriter, project manager, account manager. Implementation recommendations specify how to involve teams, in what order to deploy uses, and how to frame the change in terms of personal gains (fewer tedious tasks, more creative time). Adoption is built through small concrete wins, not seminars.
The answer depends on your size and priority use cases. In a 30-person agency, a single well-implemented use case (client reporting automation, for example) can recover 15 to 20 hours per month. At an average daily rate of €500 (conservative figure), that's over €1,000 of recovered value each month. The audit typically pays for itself in less than a quarter on a single use case. And if you entrust us with the implementation, the €5,000 is deducted from the engagement.
Training gives you tools. A freelance prompt engineer optimizes queries. We audit your workflows, quantifies your potential gains per mission, and produces a prioritized action plan based on your P&L. We understand your agency in depth (your margins, your bottlenecks, your stack) and deliver a document your management can execute the following week. We have worked with demanding industrial organizations including VINCI Concessions and the French Ministry of Armed Forces. We apply the same rigor to the agency world.
